The LEA SYMBOLS® & LEA NUMBERS® Line Test is a versatile vision screening tool designed for accurate visual acuity assessment at a standard 16″ (40 cm) testing distance.

The double-sided card features a LEA SYMBOLS® line test on one side and a LEA NUMBERS® line test on the reverse. Both sides feature proportionally spaced lines ranging from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3), allowing for a comprehensive assessment across a wide range of visual acuities.

The card includes a 16″ (40 cm) cord to help maintain the correct testing distance for consistent and effective results. A LEA SYMBOLS® response key is printed directly on the card for convenient reference.
